PROPER NUTRITION
Proper nutrition is another factor that plays a great role for our health. Our immune system needs proper nutrition for it to properly function. According to studies, there are 6 criteria of proper nutrition:
"1. PLANT FOOD
(because 99% of plant foods is absorb or assimilated while foods that are high in animal content
50% only is absorbed the rest 50% stored as fat.)
2. NATURAL & HEALTHY
( ex. coffee is a natural plant but it is not healthy, it has caffeine that acts as stimulants, so any
percentage of caffeine still gives stimulant effects in our body)
3. WHOLESOME
(ex. if we want to have high amounts of vitamins C we need to eat the orange in wholesome form
because we will not only getting vitamin C but as well as the fiber, and vitamin B complex,
WHOLESOME means no isolation process being done because isolation of Vit. C in orange requires
chemicals to enable the isolation - this process is synthetically made and therefore it's not naturally
made and it's man-made already.)
4. RICH IN PHYTO-CHEMICALS, ANTI-OXIDANTS & POLY-SACCHARIDES
( the foods that we are eating must have high amounts of this three nutrients:
- PHYTO-CHEMICALS - boost our immune system, inhibit cancer growth, fights any forms of cancer
and auto-immune diseases.
- ANTI-OXIDANTS - fights against FREE RADICALS (causes Aging), and boost immune system and
delays aging it has been found to have anti-aging properties.
- POLY-SACCHARIDES - long chain sugars that makes interleukin and interferon cells directly combats
cancer cells and has been found to helps our hemoglobin, and white cells become normal and
decreases the cyst,tumor growth and cancer cells metastasis.
5. VARIETY
( according to nutritional immunology we need to consume 15-21 kinds of fruits and vegetables a day
to have a healthy immune system, to have enough nourishment and ample amounts of
vitamins and minerals because our body is complex so a variety of nutrients is needed.)
6. MUST NOT INTERFERE WITH BODY'S DNA REPAIR SYSTEM
(the food that we eat must not interfere with our DNA repair system meaning it must not delay our
cell regeneration, repair, and will not affects the function of our immune system to fight all sort of
diseases.
e.x of foods that interfere:
a. too much caffeine
b. nicotines from cigarette smoking
c. drug-induced drugs that produces side effects such as: amphetamines, phenyl-ketonuric drugs
(energy drinks has it), and any other other drugs that requires long term treatments
d. chemically processed foods ( nitrates and different food flavorings and preservatives, GMO
FOODS.
e. chemicals from (pesticides, insecticides & fertilizers) and a lot more.
So all the the food that we consume on a daily basis must pass the 6 criteria of proper nutrition for us to have a strong immune system and always remember that you are what you eat; healthy eating means healthy living and prevents us from getting sick...Best of health!"
