4 Factors That Affect Our Health

In as much as we all don't want to get sick, a lot of  micro-organisms and viruses are part of our world. They are on the lookout for a good home--that is a weak body.  When we get sick, we start to panic.
We often times look for quick solutions.  From drugs to alternative medications -- from herbals to pendants.


A friend of mine once came to me complaining about the quantum pendant that she bought.  "This  quantum pendant is not effective on me.  I still feel really weak. My blood pressure still keeps on rising and I always feel dizzy.."  I asked her what she ate for lunch.  She told me, "Bulalo"




I think quantum pendant has health benefits.  Wearing this would give our body extra energy.  But wearing this is not the only thing that we should take into consideration.  There are several factors that affect our health.  There are 4 points that we need to do in order to be truly healthy.  These are: proper nutrition, good stress management, exercise, and rest.  If one of these factors are not properly addressed, our immune system would weaken and micro-organisms could easily invade our body.











PROPER NUTRITION

Proper nutrition is another factor that plays a great role for our health.  Our immune system needs proper nutrition for it to properly function.  According to studies, there are 6 criteria of proper nutrition:

PROPER STRESS MANAGEMENT

REST


Another factor that affect our health is proper rest.  According to experts, we need 8 hours of good sleep for us to be healthy.  Some people take this for granted.  Constant lack of rest would eventually weaken the immune system and thus causes different forms of stress related sickness-- from common colds to cancer.  Our immune system needs rest since it needs to cleanse the body from toxins and do some damage control inside our body.



EXERCISE



Daily exercise is also highly recommended if you want your immune system to stay fit.  Our body  needs as much oxygen and daily exercise is a great way to fill this need.    

Let's all make this a habit. Let's eat food that would benefit our body, have a proper stress management, proper rest and exercise.  So we can have a better world - a world where people are healthy.  Let's all take care of our body.  This is a precious gift from God.
